General Information
Flower Fantasy is an online floral design and delivery service based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), offering a range of fresh and preserved flower arrangements, including luxury boxes, glitter roses, custom gifts, and special occasions.
Products & Availability
- All floral products are subject to availability.
- In case of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value and similar style without prior notice.
- Color variation may occur due to screen display and natural flower differences.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Any additional charges (delivery, custom add-ons, etc.) will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Orders & Payments
- Orders must be placed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of order.
- We accept major debit/credit cards and secure payment gateways.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an confirmation.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
Delivery Policy
- We offer delivery across Dubai and select areas within the UAE.
- You can choose your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
- Same-day delivery may be available, subject to order time and availability.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable alternative (e.g. reschedule, leave at reception, or with a neighbor).
- Flower Fantasy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to: wrong address, recipient unavailability, or security restrictions.
Cancellation & Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
- Customized or event orders (e.g. weddings, proposals) may require a longer cancellation notice and may be subject to partial refunds depending on preparation status.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
- Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Care Instructions
- Flower arrangements (especially fresh roses) require proper care to maintain their beauty.
- Instructions are provided with your order or can be found on our website.
- We are not responsible for the longevity of flowers once delivered and not cared for as instructed.
Custom & Event Orders
- For weddings, proposals, corporate, or bulk floral services, a consultation and custom quote will be provided.
- A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
- Final designs and quantities must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
- Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of Flower Fantasy and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

- We value your privacy. Your personal and payment information is kept secure and confidential.

Limitation of Liability
- Flower Fantasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our site or services.
- In any case, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
