Flower Fantasy is an online floral design and delivery service based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), offering a range of fresh and preserved flower arrangements, including luxury boxes, glitter roses, custom gifts, and special occasions.

Products & Availability

• All floral products are subject to availability.
• In case of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value and similar style without prior notice.

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
• Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed through our website. Full payment is required at the time of order.
• We accept major debit/credit cards and secure payment gateways.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
  
  

Delivery Policy

• We offer delivery across Dubai and select areas within the UAE.
• You can choose your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
• Same-day delivery may be available, subject to order time and availability.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable alternative (e.g. reschedule, leave at reception, or with a neighbor).
• Flower Fantasy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to: wrong address, recipient unavailability, or security restrictions.
  
  

Cancellation & Changes

• Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
• Customized or event orders (e.g. weddings, proposals) may require a longer cancellation notice and may be subject to partial refunds depending on preparation status.
  
  

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
• Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Flower arrangements (especially fresh roses) require proper care to maintain their beauty.
• Instructions are provided with your order or can be found on our website.
• We are not responsible for the longevity of flowers once delivered and not cared for as instructed.
  
  

Custom & Event Orders

• For weddings, proposals, corporate, or bulk floral services, a consultation and custom quote will be provided.
• A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
• Final designs and quantities must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
