Quality Assurance
We guarantee that every bouquet is made from fresh, premium flowers and arranged by our expert florists. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please provide:

- Photos of the bouquet highlighting the issue (e.g., wilted flowers, damaged arrangement)

Returns and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges of floral products.
However, upon verifying the issue, we will gladly offer:
- A replacement bouquet sent at no extra charge, or
- A refund or credit towards your next purchase, depending on the circumstances.
Exceptions
This policy applies only to flowers delivered in their freshest condition and does not cover damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling, improper care).
Customized or special-order bouquets are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.
Subscription Issues
For subscription deliveries affected by quality concerns, please notify us within 24 hours of each delivery to address the issue promptly.
