Subscription Plans

• We offer the following subscription options:
• A Season of Flowers: Four bouquets delivered at the start of each season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).
• Weekly Flowers: Weekly bouquets delivered in a keepsake vase.
• A Year of Flowers: Twelve unique bouquets delivered monthly for one year.
• Subscriptions are available in three tiers: Chic, Gorgeous, and Luxe, with pricing depending on the chosen plan.
  
  

Subscription Term

• Seasonal subscriptions include 4 deliveries per year.
• Weekly subscriptions include 52 deliveries per year (or prorated for shorter terms).
• Yearly subscriptions include 12 monthly deliveries.
  
  

Payment

• Payments can be made upfront for the entire subscription period or per delivery, where applicable.
• Prepayment for yearly weekly subscriptions entitles you to a 10% discount and free delivery within Dubai.
• All prices exclude delivery charges and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  
  

Delivery

• Delivery dates are scheduled according to the selected subscription frequency.
• Delivery fees apply unless explicitly waived (e.g., prepaid yearly weekly subscription).
• We will notify you of your upcoming delivery date in advance.
• Please ensure availability at the delivery address to receive your flowers.
  
  

Modifications and Cancellations

• You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime with at least 7 days' notice before the next scheduled delivery.
• Changes to your delivery address, subscription tier, or bouquet preferences must be requested at least 5 days prior to delivery.
• Refunds or credits are not provided for missed deliveries due to no recipient availability.
  
  

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee fresh, high-quality floral arrangements crafted by our expert florists. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Gift Subscriptions

• Gift subscriptions follow the same terms and conditions as regular subscriptions.
