Shipping Policy

At Flower Fantasy, we ensure your floral arrangements arrive fresh, timely, and beautifully presented. Please read our shipping policy for details on delivery, timing, and fees.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently offer delivery services within all Emirates.
  • For deliveries outside Dubai, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.


Delivery Schedule

  • A Season of Flowers: Delivered at the start of each season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).
  • Weekly Flowers: Delivered once every week on your chosen delivery day.
  • A Year of Flowers: Delivered monthly on a scheduled date.


Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees are applied based on the subscription plan:
  • Free delivery for prepaid yearly weekly subscriptions within Dubai.
  • For all other plans, delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and communicated before purchase.
  • Any applicable taxes are not included in the listed prices and will be added at checkout.


Delivery Process

  • We partner with professional couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • You will receive a delivery confirmation prior to arrival.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your bouquet. If no one is available, the flowers may be returned or delayed.


Delivery Changes

  • Requests to change delivery date, time, or address must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery.
  • Changes made less than 5 days before delivery may not be accommodated.


Delivery Issues

  • If your flowers do not arrive on time or there is a delivery issue, please contact our customer support immediately at ‪+971 54 521 1500‬
  • We will work promptly to resolve the situation, including possible reshipment if appropriate.


Special Instructions

  • Please provide any special delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., gate codes, building concierge, preferred delivery times).
